Personal Clients
Home networks in a workgroup of 5 or less workstations or home office with no server
- Callout Fee $120 includes first hour labour or part thereof
- Additional hours - $75 per hour to the nearest completed hour.
- Remote or telephone support - $75 per hour to the nearest completed ½ hour
Small Business Clients
Including networks in workgroup of more than 5 workstations or a network with a server and up to 20 workstations
- Callout Fee $150 includes first hour labour or part thereof
- Additional hours - $95 per hour to the nearest completed hour.
- Remote or telephone support - $95 per hour to the nearest completed 1/2 hour.
Medium Business Clients
Including networks with a server + more than 20 workstations and less than 50 workstations
- Callout Fee $150 includes first hour labour or part thereof
- Additional hours - $120 per hour to the nearest completed hour.
- Remote or telephone support - $120 per hour to the nearest completed ½ hour.
Additional Services
- Data Retrieval $95 per hour - minimum 2 hour charge
- Mail hosting services $10 + $1 per mailbox per month
Business Monthly Maintenance Contracts
$35 per workstation + $90 per server per month
Includes:
- Monthly network service up to 8 hours
- Remote support up to 4 hours per month
- Telephone support up to 2 hours per month
- 1 emergency callout up to 2 hours onsite
Available to small and medium business networks with a minimum of 5 workstations and server.
Business Quarterly Maintenance Contracts
$45 per workstation + $115 per server per quarter
Includes:
- Quarterly network service up to 8 hours
- Remote support up to 4 hours per quarter
- Telephone support up to 2 hours per quarter
- 1 emergency callout up to 2 hours onsite
Available to small business networks with a minimum of 5 workstations and server, and personal clients.
Not available to Medium Business Clients
Terms and Conditions
- “Workstation” – a computer, laptop, mobile phone, printer or other device attached to the network and requiring configuration
- “Server” – denotes a computer running Microsoft Server or Small Business operating system
- “Remote Support” – any contact made that requires a support technician to remotely connect to a server, workstation or device along with time accumulated responding to or researching a response to email enquires
- “Telephone Support” – any contact made requiring technical support lasting over a five minute period
- “to the nearest completed” is time accumulated by a technician and rounded up to the appropriate hour or ½ hour as per the schedule listed
- “Data Retrieval” denotes data extracting using specialist software. Does not include data recovery from physically or electrically damaged devices
- Business Monthly Maintenance Contracts:
- Hours listed are per calendar month and expire at the end of the month.
- Business Monthly Maintenance Contract payment of cleared and available funds MUST be made by the end of the calendar month or invoice will be re-issued at the standard hourly rate and call out fee appropriate to the size of the business as listed above.
- Business Quarterly Maintenance Contracts:
- Hours listed are per calendar quarter and expire at the end of the quarter.
- Business Quarterly Maintenance Contract payment must be made by the end of the first calendar month in the quarter or invoice will be re-issued at the standard hourly rate and call out fee appropriate to the size of the business as listed above.
- Not available to networks comprising of more than 20 workstations
- “Payment of cleared funds” - Cheque Payments with one business day handling time and standard bank clearing times. Cleared funds will be will based on the date the funds appear on the statement of the business account as available for use by the proprietor
- “Payment of cleared funds” – Direct Deposit payments will be based on the date the funds appear on the statement of the business account
